This Privacy Policy applies to the activities of HABNAB® GROUP Pty Ltd. (together “we“, “us“, “our“), take your data protection rights and our legal obligations seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Policy“) describes how we use your personal data collected via www.habnab.com (“Website“), and by other means (e.g., via social media, cookies, etc.). Please read this Policy carefully.
The personal data that you provide may be regarded as jointly controlled by HABNAB® GROUP.

5.Support & Promote
To send you marketing information after you have purchased a product or service from us, made a purchasing enquiry or closed your browser with items in your shopping basket. You have the right to opt out of us sending you this information at any time.
As a business customer, acting on behalf of said business or where we have obtained your business contact details, we may contact you with marketing information (unless you object) if you have expressly indicated to us that you are acting on behalf of said business or where we have obtained your business contact details. In relation to any such information we send by email, we will include an option allowing you to object to receiving future messages by unsubscribing.

If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
10. Payment Options
We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment.. If your credit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the card – holder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card provider. We may on occasions request further proof of ID as advised by our credit/debit card processing company.
